Cookie policy

Effective: 12 July 2026 · Version 1.0

KARVM uses essential cookies only. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party fingerprinting. We do not build behavioural profiles.

1 · What we set

Supabase authentication cookies. These keep you signed in as you move between pages inside the KARVM app. They are set only after you sign in as a landlord or tenant, and they are cleared when you sign out.

Theme preference cookie. Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Not set until you actively change the theme.

That's it.

2 · What we do NOT do

KARVM does not use:

If we ever add analytics of any kind, we will update this page and give you a consent choice before setting any non-essential cookie.

3 · Third-party cookies

KARVM does not embed third-party analytics or advertising scripts on karvm.com. Our named subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy (Supabase, Resend, Anthropic, Digio.in, Razorpay, MSG91, Vercel) do not set cookies on karvm.com.

The WhatsApp share button on /waitlist opens wa.me in a new tab. Once you land there, WhatsApp's own cookies apply — but those are on WhatsApp's domain, not karvm.com. Same principle for any social-media link (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) that leaves karvm.com.

4 · Managing cookies

You can clear KARVM's cookies from your browser's settings at any time. Clearing the authentication cookie will sign you out; you will need to sign in again to continue using the app. Clearing the theme cookie means the site reverts to your system theme until you pick a preference again.

Because we only use essential cookies, we do not run a consent banner. Consent banners exist to gate non-essential cookies; we don't set any, so there is nothing to gate.

5 · Questions or corrections

If something on this page becomes wrong (for example, we add analytics without updating this document), that is a bug on our side. Please email legal@karvm.com and we will fix it and disclose the delta.

6 · Changes to this policy

If we change what cookies KARVM uses, we will update this page and bump the effective date. If the change is material (for example, adding non-essential cookies), we will also announce it to registered users by email before it takes effect.
